I went for the latest interview about 2 weeks ago and i made it! i cleared the medicals and all so i’m really happy! I want to thank you for all the advice and help u gave me in your manual and posts and for promptly replying all my emails whenever i needed help. This was my second attempt and after purchasing your cc secrets manual i had a detailed insight into the interviewing process and how to present myself.

For all those out there who didn’t make it, don’t give up. Kristine’s manual can really help u if your willing to follow it, practice and tune your personality to what they’re looking for. (Its really not all about looks) Always keep smiling and be yourself!

Hi Kristine,

I would like to thank you for the manual that I was to make it through the interview on the XXth March. I had also went through my medical, and the pre-employment briefing. All I could do now is to wait I guess.

But still, it’s really nice of you to come out with this manual, to assist all the cabin crew wannabe out there.

I sincerely appreciate your time and efforts for this. without those guidelines and references, I doubt I could have made it through.

Once again,  thank you so much =))

Much thanks

I wanted to say thank you for this guide about Cabin Crew recruitment process. It really helped me a lot! After reading i was more confident about myself and also prepared. So i went to Qatar Airways open day and have been successfully shortlisted and they just e-mailed me to say they want me to join them and i need to pass all medical tests. Because of your book i realized what did i do wrong last time when few months ago i went to try myself to Emirates and i felt on first stage 😦 i was so disappointed and to be honest also angry, because i couldn t understand why i wasn’t shortlisted. And this time i did it 🙂 i passed everything!

And then thanks for your e-mails, i felt someone is supporting me and that also helped to feel more confident about myself.

So once again thank you

    Regards
    David

    • Hi David,

If you look at the left hand side, there is a “no pay pal account ” link, from there you can access the transaction through credit card payment…

      =)

  3. Hi Kristine,
I have my SIA interview next week. i’m pretty nervous as this is my only chance to apply for SIA (as they rarely conduct interviews in India).

    Regards

    • They do conduct my dear, though not as frequent. I saw that you got your manual… please go through it carefully… and you will see how to get better and increase your chances… especially the very first few pages…

There is no “magic pill” but I can show you the way to pass your interview easily by giving you all the things to look out for, what to say, how to make yourself stand out etc.. but ultimately, it still boils down to your performance that day. I hope you’ll find the manual very useful as it has already helped alot of crews got through when they follow what was taught and practice it… Good Luck ^^

  4. Hi Kristine..

I want to go for the interview next week.. But im kinda nervous..

      • Hi Kristine,

        Thanks for the reply.

I did check with moe about my cert. But i need 2weeks to get my cert. the interview is next week.. can i jus go for the interview and explain to them? will they reject me?

        PLs help me….

        Stress,
        Nora

  5. I’m interested with ur manual. but how can I purchase it without pay pal account and credit card?

I’m Malaysian. And If i bought the manual, may I ask u question when I faced any problem?

Actually I went to d interview twice but still cant get it through (fails in Kebaya n 1 to 1 interview). Hope tat ur manual really helps me in the next interview! (finger crossed)

Pls e-mail me how can I purchase d manual.
    Thanks!

    • If I may add, getting the manual is 1 important step. I did that too.

What many people never do is to internalize the knowledge in the manual. To internalize means to really understand and to think like a cabin crew.

      All the best!

      • I’ll try my best to internalize it.
Could u share me some ways how u internalize it?
        R u a cabin crew dy?

  6. I am waiting for medical clearance now. If everything turns out well, should be able to start training soon.

Anyway, no…if you thinking whether or not I know Kristine in person. I haven’t seen her before, so this is not an advertisement. Haha!

  12. hi kristine! i bought your manual and it really is impressive! i like the way you email extra info & special updates even after purchasing the manual(like a special treat)! i was surfing the net and i came upon this. http://bohtong.com/singapore-airlines-interview-questions/

  17. Hi Kristine,

I am really interested in buying your manual.However., I am not sure how to make the payments. it only gives an option of credit card, I hav a debit card only. please guide me as to how to go about.also, Would it be a home delivery? or is it a ebook?

    • hey dear, a debit card is the same as a credit.. as long as it has the mater or visa logo on it =)

      Its a digital ebook. =)

  18. Hi,
Wondering when is the next interview of Singapore Airlines?

  19. Hi Kristine,

I just read Boh Tong’s ‘Fasten Your Seatbelts – Cabin Crew Confessions’. It’s an interesting book for a laugh but a cabin crew hopeful might take some of the stories seriously and wonder if these stories really are true. I personally think that the stories/confessions in there are more to the negative. So just curious, do you have any comments on Boh Tong’s book and the stories/confessions in there?

    Thanks! 🙂

    • haha.. I didn’t buy them.. so I wun know… though I do peek at them in book stores keke.

      My comments ?

Juicy stories and gossips are what people like to hear, especially in the flying industry. If you look at office politics and coporate industries… I am sure they do have their own gossip and juicy stories as well.. just that its too “normal” as everybody have access to them… whereas crews are more “high class” and “not reachable”…

As of how I see it, everyone dictates how they should live their life, if you are mature enough and know what is right and wrong, I am sure you’ll know how to make the right decision that is best for you. Love yourself, for if you don’t do so… then.. nobody will take you seriously… that’s how I feel.. =)

  20. Kristine~ there is another interview coming soon, im nervous..haha
I want to buy ur book but i dont have a credit card, what’s another way i could get it? Can i get it in book shop? Hope to have it as soon as possible~~ heehee
Wish to hear you soon yea. Thanks Kristine 🙂

  21. Hi Kristine,

I went for the Aug interview. I manage to get thru all the way till the 1 on 1 interview which is after the card game. But sadly i was not being selected to go for the nxt round of interview and the interviewer told me not to try coming back for the nxt few mth interview.
I would need ur advise should i go back to the interview or take a break first till 2 mth later?
SOme information i need to share with u is that i am a new crew in my 4th mth at other airline.
Izzit becus the interviewer wan me to gain more experience first or just to ensure that i am really interested to become a SQ crew.

Hope to hear from u soon.
    thanks(:

    • no dear… its not that reason..

But if you are 4th mth with other airline.. and you join sq.. doesn’t it mean you’ll break contract and need to pay ?

Well.. depends on you.. you can go again… it does not matter.. but then again.. if there is a bond to go through or so.. paying or breaking bonds is not worth it..

and its kind of funny and reflects badly as you “jump ship” fast.. which .. in your interview points sense.. is not in favour… err.. hope you get what i mean..

      • Alright i get wat u mean.
BUt will there be still be more interview in 1 or 2 year later?
        Thank for ur advise(:

      • there will be dear.. depends on the economy…

but dun take my word for it… i mean… if you wan to join sq instead, then, its best you dun say you a a new 4 mth flight attendant with other airlines.. this could reflect badly on ya…

unless its silk air… else.. they can’t take any reference..

  22. Hi Kristine,

I have purchase the book online yesterday however I was unable to download. Please kindly assist me. Let me know if you need me to send you a copy of my reciept. I am kind of worried as it has been charged to my credit card. I really hope to receive your reply asap.

    Best Regards
    Eve

    • dear… I have already sent you an email on sunday…

can you check your email and see if you receive it ? let me know…

  23. Hi Kristine,

Thanks for your reply but I did not receive your email…

PS:For some reasons, I can’t reply to the post..

    Eve

    • I’ll send them again…

maybe.. it went to the junk mail..

        So excited

        Ling

  24. Hi Kristine,

u’ve been wonderful with all ur posts and tips. I am thinking of purchasing ur cabin crew secrets by POSB but I am not sure how do so. Will u be conducting any lessons so that we can get a feel of how its like in the interview? eg. any courses to help us?

    Thanks! 🙂

  29. Hi Kristine, my name is Jean, 26/F/Chinese/164cm/54kg, from Penang, Malaysia. I have a few questions and I would like to hear from you.

I have been working as a Registered Nurse for more than 5 years working experience in the hospital area since 2002. I am a degree holder in Bachelor of Nursing. I used to work in Medical-Surgical and Intensive Unit Care. I used to handle a lot of customer-relation services and meeting to customers (difficult patient / family / Doctors etc.). I even have experiences by transferring my ill patients from the Hospital into the flights- SIA aircrafts.

    1) My question is, am I too old to apply for Stewardess? How high is the possibility/chances does SIA Co. would accept me based on?

    2) I took up Degree in Nursing and I am still under contract (bond) with the Hospital. If I were Accepted by SIA Co, so do you think if SIA will pay my bond to the hospital? (estimation about RM25K)

    3) I saw some advertisement says that the next Walk-In-Interview will be held on 11th December 2010, at 9am-2pm in Kuala Lumpur, is that real?

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you. Have a good day.
You may e-mail me at xxxxxxxxxxx

    • 1) nope you are not too old… in fact just right.

      2) nope, they wun pay for your bond… in fact.. it does not reflect you well either for breaking bonds… do note that in the application form there is a “loan” or “scheme” in which you are under etc

      3) err… if it is advertise.. then its real.. keke.. you can check on the right side under recruitment news =)

  30. hi kristine,

i would want to enquire with my height 1.5 which don;t meet the requirement but i have a dip in health science nursing and with a lifeguard cert, do i still get the chance to be part of SIA team ? =)

    • hi dear…

i am sorry.. but no.. requiremenst are requirements..

  31. Hello Kristine,

I have recently started to follow your blog and I must say you’re really a dedicated stewardess. You must really enjoy your job so much that you help aspiring stewardesses to achieve their dream. Kudos to you for that! You have a good heart. =)

I have a few questions which I hope you will not mind answering.

    1. It was only recently that I decided I want to be an air stewardess, with SIA. I never felt so passionate about something before. I really really want to be one. However, I am still studying (will graduate in 1 year’s time) and i do not have great skin. I have blemishes. Will this go away? What can I do to improve my skin condition? I really need ur advice.

    2. I heard that once you become a stewardess you get bullied a lot by your seniors and the life of a stewardess is not that great, heard stories of stewardesses going to toilets to cry. Is this true? Will juniors get bullied badly?

I want to start preparing early (1 year in advance) so that I can hopefully get in!

    Thank you!

    Thank you.

    • Hi Kay,

Truth is.. I can say.. its truly one of the best jobs in the world. I am proud to be part of it… and never regretted it.

      1) Water and SLEEEEEP !!! hee… water really helps.. and I mean plain water… and do rest well and sleep early. Sometimes, we have all these little pop ups due to stress and hormonal changes.. water and sleep helps to adjust that.

So.. you can try and see if it goes better. As for skin condition wise… well.. its not the main factor when it comes to crew selections. =)

      2) err.. fake stories. well… err… 95% fake. I guess I can’t deny that some girls cannot take it.. but its usually during the first few solos when you aren’t sure of your work yet and you are working with a… erm.. “high expectation” complex leader… which really depends on luck…

But 99% of the crews are really nice people.. like me lah.. =P just kidding..

So.. to answer your question.. no.. Juniors dun get bullied. but yes, some younger crews can be stressed out depending on who they are working with.. ie.. they flew with the 1% on their very first solo or 1st month flying etc.

hope this answer your question =)

  32. Hi, Kristine.
I’m Indonesian and I would love to be a flight attendant of SIA.
therefore, i tried to join the interview last April in JKT.
BUT, sadly, i didn’t pass on the very first round. and yep..

so, i looked for any info about SIA n i found your blog 🙂
I already read your blog and i like it, it helps alot. n also i follow your twitter.

I’m going to try to join the interview again next year. Although i already read your blog and all the information. I’m still not confident enough.
therefore, i want to buy your manual book, however, I don’t have any credit card, and pay pall is blocked in Indo.
i have a debit card, but it doesnt have vissa or master card. Only Cirrus and Maestro. So, any alternative??? please help me, n let me know.

your info means alot to me. Thank You 🙂

    • hi dear..

I am sorry but… pay pal is currently the only way for int orders… but its funny cos I do have some indonesia students who did that through paypal.. maybe its the ifre wall or something ?

Nonetheless, this blog contains alot of info.. I am sure it’ll help you prepare well =)

  33. hi there is an open day of emirates in my country in some days..i really wanna go..but im 30..do u think it’s too old to start a career as cabin crew?
Also i have pimple mark on the right side of my cheek..because of course im really hesitating to go.
do you think its worth going?
or will it be more wise not to go there since i’ll get kick off anyway because emirates want only acneless face:-/

    • huh ?

not exactly acneless skin my dear.. but also not in “bad condition”. Minor flaws or pimples is still ok.

Well.. it really depends on how you perform on that day of your interview. If you have what it takes, they will take you in.

But as for career wise.. well… how long do you plan to fly is the question you need to ask yourself… how about settling down and having kids and all.. this needs to be factor in. =)

  34. Dear Kristine,

Yes your response does answer my questions and more!!! In fact what you did was to confirm my decision to become an air stewardess! I am now more eager than ever before!

Seriously thank you so much. I really appreciate it. It must be tough juggling ur work and replying people’s posts all the time. Furthermore you don’t get paid for this, you really have a good heart !!!

Whoever gets you for their leader damn lucky! Hope its me if i get in next time! haha =p

I’m glad to know that majority of SIA cabin crew are nice. Hope I end up with the 99% nice ones! lol.

It’s just that I have heard LOTS of stories about bad experiences that happen to stewardesses and their “labeling” if you know what I mean. Personally I don’t care about that coz I believe as long as you stay true to yourself, dun have to care about what people say. That’s why when I read your blog I could not agree more with you.

I also wonder why the turnover rate for stewardesses is so high? It’s like there are many who leave after the 2 yrs contract and so they have to conduct interviews and hire again. Why don’t they want to stay on after 2 yrs? Is the job really tt bad? That was my initial thought. But I guess, it’s really up to the individual, and I hope I will love it coz I love to travel and meet new people and most importantly shop as well as learn something about different cultures. So exciting!

Must start to prepare now already. I wanna go for the interview at the end of next yr (if there is one).

Thanks so much, will drink 1 litre of water everyday lol.

    God Bless you Kristine! =)

    Thank you for your response.

    Have a pleasant flight! =P

  35. Yes sure I don’t mind providing you with my email but how do I go about that if I want to send it to you only..dun wanna post it here coz its a public forum. unsafe. hahaha

  42. […] Cabin Crew Secrets Reviews Posted by: cabincrewkristine | November 23, 2010 […]

  43. Hi, there is an interview on 18 dec in Singapore,
I have very good flawless skin, but sad to say I had quite a obvious red birthmark on my face. But I have been able to cover it very well with make up on-
So would that be a really big problem??
And its the least criteria to graduate with a diploma ?
Can I just try the interview first cos I’m graduating on march.
    or when the next interview???

    • Hi dear,

depending on what you mean by obvious red mark… , it shouldn’t be a problem if it can be hidden…..

yes.. it is a criteria and requirement as stated in the black and white.

  44. Dear Kristine:
I have purchased the cabin crew interview secrets book 3 weeks ago,
but i did not receive the book yet. May i know how long it takes for delivering?
    Thank you!

  45. Hi, thanks for all the tips. But i’m actually still studying at nanyang poly, and i really want to go for an interview, however i’m afraid they’ll reject me as i’m still studying. whats your suggestion?

  46. Hi kristine,

I’ve have not receive any response from u so I would like to send another one. 🙂

I would like to purchase ur cabin crew secrets but I do not have a credit card. Can I transfer through POSB to u? 🙂

    • Hi chicharito,

I’ll drop you a pm, pls check your email =)

  47. Hi, I wanna ask right, if I’m wearing braces, is it I will be definitely rejected by the company after the interview?

    • hi dear…

      yes..

      • How if the braces will be removed within 2 months? also definitely will be rejected? thanks in advance. 🙂

      • Most likely, they will ask you to come back after the removal.

but if you want, you can indicate tell them you will be removing in 2 months and put your start date as such.

      • ic… thanks Kristine.. :*

  48. hi krisite, i am a male age 18 and wearing contact lenses. Am i eligible to apply?

  49. Hi kristine
i was just wondering if ur ex crew would there be a difference in the interview round’s that u have written about.

    Best Regards
    Kerry Jones

  50. i wanted know does airlines allow cabin crew wear dentures.

    curious and cabin crew wannabe

  51. Hi Kristine,

Please reply me asap as I need the manual urgently. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Thank you very much.

  52. Hi Kristine,

I’m planning to go for the interview session for steward on this 16th Feb 2011 at Kuala Lumpur.
1)Now I’m having the problem for my skin on upper part of my elbow. There’s a lot of marks on that. How should I settle this problem? Just covered?
Will they more focus on male cabin crew or steward for skin check?

    2) I’m quiet TALKATIVE guy & I have 3 years experience in customer service in a lot of languages. ( Chinese , Malay , English )
The question is, because I’m TALKATIVE , will it be effect for my interview?

    • hi dear..

you are wearing long sleeve ya ? So.. it shouldn’t really matter much.

As for being talkative.. it depends o how you utilitise that gift of yours =)

  53. Dear Kristine:
I have purchased the cabin crew interview secrets book, but i did not receive the book yet. May i know how long it takes for delivering?
    Thank you!

    • hi dear,

      its a digital manual =)

So.. you are suppose to dl it after transaction. But don’t worry, I sent you a pm, pls check your inbox or even yr junk folder in case.

  54. Hi Kristine,

I had actually just purchased the cabincrewsecrets manual, but because I didnt take note of the ‘return back to merchant’, i didnt get to download it. Could you actually send me a copy of it through email? Thanks!

    Regards,
    Kereen

  55. Hai Kristine, How are you ?
i have a question for my weight. my weight now is 65 kg in height 163 cm. can i join for this interview ? can I pass in this qualification ?
    thanks Kristen..

    • I am good. =)

Erm… dear, just check your BMI range if its between 18 – 21 to be safe.

  56. hi kristine

thanks for your informative website. I am really glad to have a chance to find this website. i want to ask about whether if i am wearing spectacles will it be ok ?? will i have a chance?? anyway i have high degree around 700 for both eyes. thank your for your kindness to replay my message. GBU

    • hi dear… erm.. your question.. I do not exactly have an answer

but for shortsightness, its not exactly an issue..

Mine was 350 on one eye and about 250 for the other and I got through.. So.. I would say.. 300++ is still “safe” and not an issue.. but anything higher like 700… I cannot give a definite answer.. but still worth a try though =)

  57. Hello!

i’d like to get a copy of the manual 🙂 will it be possible to make payment through ibanking?

    Thanks & Rgds,
    Samantha

  58. thank you kristine

actually i went to SIA interview before in my country and the interviewer asking whether any of as wearing glasses.. I am afraid and didn’t dare to rise my hand >.< and in the end i failed for my interview. after that i plan to do surgery (LASIK) however should i do it first or should i do it later if i got accepted. and currently i got a scar on my thigh is that ok??? thank you so much for your reply. GBU

    • Hi dear,

Thigh is ok since its not visible when you wear your clothings. As for Lasik…you can choose to do it first and f you are planning to do it after you get selected, then.. you’ll probbaly need to wait until you have pass your probation or the week immediately after your grad (if they give you leave), cos from what I know.. the recovery takes time.

As for wearing glasses… its not importatnt… many crews dun have perfect eyesight either… but wear contact during duty.

  59. Hi Kristine! If i missed the pass interviews (March & Apr 2011), may i know when is the next round? Is it have to wait three months more??

    Thanks!

  60. Is this manual only applicable to SIA, or is it also applicable to any airlines? If yes would you mine mentioning that airlines. Thanks so much! :))

    • hi dear,

so far, students have success with Qatar, Jet Star, Air Asia, Silk Air and Emirates =)

But Majority is with SQ though cos the stages might different with other airlines, but the principles in the manual remains the same.

      • If I decided to get this manual, how do I pay if I don’t have a credit card and how much will it cost me and does it really guarantee me to land a job in aviation? Just wondering!!! hehehe… Thanks so much again Kristine.:)

      • Unfortunately, nope, it doesn’t guarantee you a job in aviation =(

The manual will give you all you need to know to get the job… but ultimately, it is you and your performance that day that will determine your chances. ie, just like when you enroll in a university course, they will give you all you need to earn a degree.. but it does not mean you will pass the degree if you din perform ya ?

If there is a guarantee on the job post.. it wouldn’t be as cheap as $49.95 ya ? Since the pay of a crew can go up to $3.5 – $5k… if its a guarantee.. even 2k would be so much worth it.

But if OVER 100 hopefuls has used the manual and became a cabin crew in just a short 1 year… I am sure even at $49.95… its still quite a bargain. =)

  61. Thanks for that wonderful information you’ve had provided me kristine. One more thing, what if I am wearing a denture, I have a bit balding issue on my forehead, and I don’t know how to swim, does it affect my application even if I perform excellent during the hiring process? Thanks a lot for your time and helpful info. Keep it up!=))

  62. hi kristine.. =) how are you?

i went to walk in interview in Jakarta yesterday.. and i didnt made it.
they said it’s because of grooming, and physical apperances .I wore short sleeves and blazer and pants. actually i met the minimum criteria. my weight more than 45kg and my height is 162cm.

I’m waiting for your reply. Thank you =)

    • Hi dear, I’m good thank you..

      erm… you were asking… ??

      • hi again =) yes.., i’m just wondering what did i do wrong.
Is there anything i have to do or learn ?

        thank you kristine

      • erm…

think about the “reasons” and understand why… ie, reading is sometimes not the best way to learn.. but “understanding”.. so.. like in this blog or the manual.. sometimes, it is very impot to think through why I say that and try to link the factors behind them.

  63. Hi there kristine, you didn’t give any reply in my last question. Does it mean I should stop dreaming of becoming a cabin crew because of that?

    • It will affect your interview.. no doubt… but why dun you go try and decide then ?

I mean.. if i say.. “no hope” or “no chance at all”…. are you going to let me decide your future and dream ??

Nobody can tell you what to do or what you want.. only yourself… while people around you may help provide advise and even help.. it is you who decides how you want to lead your life or play your dream.

      =)

  64. hi kristine,

where can i purchase your manual? i would like to purchase it and what are some other way that i can pay for the manual?

  65. hey, kristine , i have a brown spot on the white part of my left eye , is it still possible to apply SIA air stewardness ? i am kinda worry .. Thank you very much for your reply .

    • hi dear,

erm.. though i have never notice or seen crews with similar problem.. but just go try for it and dun think too much about it. You never know right ? =)

  66. Hi ktistine,

Thank you so much for your reply. You are so helpful and nice .

  67. hey kristine,

can i just bring the highest education cert for the interview ? or also need to print out the exact results on each subject ?

all education cert means start from primary school … ?

    Please do reply me

    Thank you so much

    • actually, you only need to bring yr highest edu cert… but it is always good to bring your secondary and highest edu..

No.. u dun have to print all results..

  68. Hi Kristine,

Which is the confirmed interview date and venue?

It was 9th Jul earlier at Sheraton.

    Now i saw 7th Aug Marriott…

    thanks..

    • there should be one in 9 Jul… and maybe another one on 7th Aug…

erm.. let the dates run for a while and confirm like.. this wed =)

    Sorry and thanks!

    Jeff

How could I get the link, can’t wait to read them through…time is getting shorter.. ><

  79. Hi Kristine,

    Regards,
    Eve

    • hi dear,

just checked the email and sent you a reply =)

      luv,
      kristine

  80. Hi Kristine, I wanna check with you if im Indonesian but already been in Singapore for more than 15 years and my highest education is diploma. Im holding a Singapore PR, is there any age limit being a cabin crew?

    • there isn’t any stated age limite for cabin crews.. but best chances comes before 27… and if anything else, try to go before 30.. at least

  81. Hi! Can iphone download the manual as well?

    • as long as you have a pdf reader, should be fine. else.. let me know by dropping me a comment ^^

  82. hi kristine,

I have sumthing to asked you.I am 25 n married but got separated after 2 months of marriage.we are not legally divorce bt not we not together anymore. So please me how to fill in the application form whether to write married, separated or single. does it will affect in selection by writing separated or marriage..please help me I m really confused what to write..waiting for ur reply and one more question is, gce ‘N’ level does it equivilent with degree/graduation of indian education

    • erm.. this is a pretty tricky question my dear… well… I would only say, ultimately, what you put will determine what question they will ask. So.. say you put ‘seperated’, then… they might probe more into finding out the reason… and say.. married.. then.. questions like.. planning family, kids, husband worried may come into play… etc..

so… its up to you to see which you are more confident to answering.. without giving a bad image of impression on yr side.

As for N levels, nope.. it does not. Its 3 levels before a degree =)

  83. why airline do not allow wearing denture?

    • image my dear… and while we all say in our hearts it shouldn’t matter.. sometimes.. things are not what we wish to be..

      • oh just ask out of my curiosity 🙂

      • thanks 🙂

  84. Hi kristie, Im planning to try for the interview on Feb 11th. Currently my highest cert is O lvl, but I will be receiving my diploma cert in around April. IF Im able to pass through the interview and successfully become an air stewardess, will my pay be consider under O lvl or diploma holder’s pay?
Another question would be that Im wearing braces and will be removing 2 months later. Do you think my chances will be affected? :/ Thanks.

    • hi dear,

my suggestion would be, to go AFTER you remove yr braces. 2 things, first you get yr diploma cert (higher chance), and second, your braces are removed. (no obstacles)… cos after all, if you are wearing braces, you wun get through.. until u remove them

  85. hi kristine,

i just browse the internet and found this site, it seems really interesting…. i have no ideas about being a cabin crew attendant but as i’ve done reading your blogs it made me think of ‘why not?’ …hope to hear more from you…thanks

  86. Hi Kristie,

I met the requirement height but I am underweight. Am I still eligible? Will I pass the medical test?

    • Dear… you have to go for the interview to find out.

If you are borderline, its still possible =)

  87. Hi Kristine,

I have N level certificate but they require is an O Level certificate or Diploma but i only have diploma certificate in makeup artistry. Will they accept it? Hope to hear from you soon! Thank you!

    Angel

    • Hi dear…

erm.. i dun think they accept that. You can go to the interview and ask for more detail. But as of what I know, they don’t. they only accept academic diplomas. ie, those that comes business, engineering, tourism, mass comm etc

  88. Hi kristine,

The next interview is just around the corner. I do not know whether should i go for it. Firstly, my education level. I had diploma. But its diploma in pastry and baking. Do u think i will get accepted by them? Secondly, i really really want to be a flight attendant. I love travelling and i get to travel and work at the same time. Are u able to guide me through all the interview? Hope to hear from you soon.

    • Hi dear…

hmmm… i get asked a lot on the edu side. As of what I know, they only accept academic diplomas. Then again, certain special diplomas.. they do make a exception. That you can only find out when you are at the interview itself.

  89. hey Kristine, may i know how many pages are there in your cabin crew secret manual?

    • hi dear,

the main manual is about 90 plus pages =)

  90. hey kristine,
if im wearing flats will they ask me to take off the shoes & measure my height?

  91. Hi Kristine!

Approximately how long must i wait to receive the book? (:

    • Hi nadiah,

The book is digital, downloadable immediately after purchase.

      • Hi Kristine,

But i don’t have the link? do you mind help me out on this? thanks! 🙂

      • I dropped you an email =)

  92. hi i couldnt get the link for ur cc secret guide for the interview, please help
